OreGanics: Bio-Flasks

Small fixes and polish; nothing added, nothing removed.

• Comparators beside the upper half of the Crystal Flask now follow the growth too (before, only comparators beside the lower half were updated).
• Growth times are shown in the game's language: in Russian, minutes and seconds are now written in Russian instead of "2m 30s".
• The growth time in a spore's tooltip includes the server's speed multiplier, so it matches the real time.
• The Thermal and Crystal Flask tooltips say that they also grow everything the smaller flasks grow.
• A spore's tooltip always shows how to plant it (the hint only appeared while holding Shift, and nothing said so).
• The "put soil in first" message lists red sand as well.
• Russian: corrected the module slot line in the flask tooltips.
