Oredustry

Changes:
= reorganized the order of items in Oredustry's creative mode tab
= updated textures for machines
= improvements to machinery GUIs
= improved collision boxes for Crucibles and Machine Frames
= changed how much of machines' GUIs are shown when using JEI

+ added machine frame upgrades (these upgrades can be used on a frame to become the appropriate block)
+ experience is now rewarded from compressing, melting, and separating recipes
+ molten liquids are now named
+ different molten liquids have different cool rates (fluid capacity) in Crucibles
+ machines emit particles when they have fuel or molten liquid (in the case of Crucibles)
+ new tags: `frame_upgrades`

- removed Purifiers
