Initial release of Ore Generator Mod.

Features:
- Replaces cobblestone generation with random ores
- Each ore has an individual configurable chance (0–100%)
- Fully configurable via Forge config file
- Real-time config reload support

Commands:
- /oregen chance – displays current ore generation chances
- /oregen reload – reloads the config without restarting the game or server

Compatibility:
- Minecraft 1.20.1
- Forge 47.4.10
- Tested with Craft to Exile 2 v1.1.3
