OreDistributionScanner-2.0.0-NEOFORGE
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Ore Distribution Scanner 2.0.0
- Added: Support for every Minecraft version from 1.20.1 to 1.21.1: Fabric on all of them, Forge on 1.20.1 to 1.21 except 1.20.5, which Forge never released, and NeoForge on 1.20.4 to 1.21.1, with one download in place of a separate file for each Minecraft version.
- Added: A settings screen for every setting on every loader, opened from Mod Menu on Fabric and from the Config button in the mod list on Forge and NeoForge, with the ore whitelist and blacklist typed as ids separated by commas.
- Added: A chat message with a download link when a newer Ore Distribution Scanner is out for your Minecraft version and loader, checked once per game start and turned off with check_for_updates in config/ore_distribution_scanner.toml.
- Added: The biome arrows and the /ods scan chip in the recipe viewer say what they do when you hover them.
- Added: An ore that was scanned but never found says None found in the chunks sampled instead of showing an empty graph.
- Changed: Settings are kept in config/ore_distribution_scanner.toml on every loader; on Forge and NeoForge, settings from config/ore_distribution_scanner-common.toml are carried over the first time this version starts.
- Changed: The graph's title, biome pill, low-confidence chip, empty-state heading and dimension names are in title case, such as The Nether.
- Fixed: The /ods scan chip on an empty graph opens chat with the command typed in instead of doing nothing.
- Fixed: A biome sampled in less than half a chunk reads as a fraction of a chunk instead of 0 chunks.
- Fixed: Low-confidence bars sit at their depth, and an ore band only a few layers tall is drawn widened instead of as one bar on the axis.
- Fixed: The empty graph no longer says the The nether, and its depth axis spans the current dimension's height instead of the Overworld's.
- Removed: Ore Distribution Scanner no longer requires Architectury API or Cloth Config.
