1.3.0+mc1.21.1-forge
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
First release for Minecraft 1.21 and 1.21.1 — one file covers both.
Eleven handheld ore detectors — Iron, Gold, Diamond, Emerald, Quartz, Copper, Coal, Amethyst, Netherite, Lapis Lazuli and Redstone. Right-click a surface and the detector scans into it and reports what it finds in the action bar, tinted to the ore's color.
- Directional scanning — 16 blocks down, 8 sideways or up, across a configurable column.
- Exact counts, not a vague hint: "Detected 4 Iron Ore nearby".
- Durability and repair — 1 use per scan plus 1 per ore found; repair in an anvil with the detector's own material; Mending and Unbreaking both work.
- Per-detector cooldowns — using one detector never puts your others on cooldown.
- In-game config via Cloth Config, from the Config button in the mods list: reach, column radius, cooldown, durability multiplier and beep volume, all bounded.
- Sculk sensors hear the beep, so mind where you scan in an Ancient City.
Unofficial continuation of Ore Detector by restonic4 (MIT).
