- Topaz ore (tools + armor)

- Aquamarine ore (tools + armor)

- Decorational blocks for all gem based ores (Sapphire, Ruby, Topaz, Aquamarine, Amethyst)

Fix

- Amethyst item had a negative value of damage

- Items in creative tabs were out of proper order

- Platinum spawnrates were too high

- Efficiency values for higher grade materials were out of place

Note

All other ore items such as Sapphire have IDs that looks like "orebundle:<name>". Topaz and Aquamarine have IDs with additional "gem" at the end, so their ID is "orebundle:topazgem" and "orebundle:aquamarinegem". Sorry for the inconvience.
