Ore Biome Reforged

1. No longer replaces the vanilla surface settings as a whole.
2. Added the ore biome to the biome source, with server and client aligned.
3. Fixed holes in the ground.
4. Badlands are no longer mistakenly replaced.
5. Hand-written config file errors no longer cause a crash.
6. Updated UI and command messages.
7. Added a small advancement.

1. 不再整份替换原版的地表设置；
2.群系源补上矿石群系，服务端和客户端对齐；
3.修复地面的坑洞；
4.恶地不再被误换；
5.手写配置文件错误时不会崩溃；
6.修改界面和命令的提示；
7.添加一个小成就。
