Orbital Death Ray

This mod primarily adds the Orbital Death Ray Remote which allows players to call a death ray at the desired coordinates completly annihilating everything in a large radius. The death ray requires the proper code to use which can be set with the /launchcodeset command so installing this mod on a server won't immedietly destroy it. This mod also adds mines, explosive music discs, explosive vests and rocket boots. All five items in this mod have crafting recipes and are obtainable in survival. The death ray in this mod is not to be used lightly as it is very destructive and may create mild performance issues.
