The first stable build for 1.8.9.
It completely changes how lenses work compared to version 0.6.1.
Lenses are now separate blocks that can be placed along the path of a laser beam to increase it's maximum distance by a multiplier. Multipliers add up when multiple lenses are placed on the laser's path. The maximum distance that can be reached is ((Shaped Diamond Lens Multiplier)+1)2(Laser tier 3 distance).
