   >Config: Disable Griefing option.
   >Config: Enable devil fruits users to swim in water option.
   >Config: Does Sea Stone (Kairoseki) items affect Devil Fruit Users option.
   >Ito Ito no Mi Devil Fruit.

Changed:
   >Devil Fruit Remover icon.
   >Ope Ope no Mi Fruit icon.
   >Devil Fruit users can now escape from 1 block deep water.
   >Every Devil Fruit Power now has it's own separate cooldown. So you can for example use all your powers at once.
   >Cooldown duration for powers. Weak powers have lowers cooldown, Strong powers have higher cooldown. (This is temporary, as levels for cooldowns will be introduced)
   >Ice Pheasant and Slow Beam will no longer disappear when hitting a block.

Fixed:
   >Rotation issues in models.
   >Some Guide Book mistakes.
   >Marines/Bandits/Morgan not spawning in Morgan's Fortress.
   >Gear 4 not giving positive buffs to player.
   >Kairoseki Block/Bars/Stone would still apply negative effects when in creative mode.
   >Player would be invincible after activating Liberation Power.
   >Villagers would drop double berry coins; half of them not pickable.

Removed:
   >Config: Devil Fruits cooldown multiplier.
   >Devil Fruit Powers negative effects after usage.
