One Piece (OP Craft) Mod

> Added manual book crafting recipe (1 Luffy's straw hat + 1 book).

> Added recipes in manual book (except clothing).

> Added /addbounty command.

> Added Heart item. (Ope Ope no Mi users can obtain it by Right Clicking a Player using the Law's Sword while in a Dome)

> Added Bisento item (Whitebeard's weapon).> Increased the range of the Guns.

> Side Effects are now disabled by default. (Can be enabled in config file).

> Now Devil Fruit Powers are unusable when the user is in water or on top of a Kairoseki block.

> Goro Goro no mi lightnings have a higher chance of hitting an entity.

> Renamed Clima Takt "Cold Mode" to "Water Mode".

> Smoker's Jitte now weakens Devil Fruit Users.

> Holding Kairoseki Items will weaken Devil Fruit Users.

> Mera Mera no Mi Users are no longer damaged by fire.

> Changed some swords' texture orientation

Fixes:

> Cooldown bar counts even when game is paused.

> Mera Mera no mi Enkai projectiles do not follow player's movement
