Description

⚠️ Low Beta Version

The goal of this project is to create a large One Piece-inspired RPG experience in Minecraft with combat systems, Devil Fruits, factions, exploration, ships, world events, and a complete pirate progression system.

In the future, pirates will have the ultimate goal of finding the legendary One Piece and becoming Pirate King. The One Piece in this mod may not be fully canon and can have its own interpretation to better fit gameplay and progression.

Planned features include:

  • Canon-inspired attacks and abilities
  • Fighting styles and Haki
  • Devil Fruits with strengths and weaknesses
  • Crews, factions, Marines, and reputation systems
  • Islands, kingdoms, and world structures 
  • Ships and exploration systems
  • Story progression and endgame content

These are the the plans for the updates:

Update 1: “Beginning of the Journey” (Core System & Combat)

Update Topic Content / Goal  
1.1 Character Selection & Core System Choose and save race, faction, and fighting style. GUI on first login.  
1.2 Fighting Styles & Abilities Attacks via key bindings (R, F, G), with cooldowns and particles.  
1.3 Devil Fruits & Weaknesses Fruit abilities, effects, water weakness, loot in chests.  
1.4 Haki System (Basic) First Haki system (Busoshoku + Kenbunshoku). Training and stamina.  

 

Goal: The foundation of the mod – character creation, fighting styles, and Devil Fruits.


Update 2: “Crew & World” (NPCs, Factions, Economy)

Goal: A living world with interactions, crew, reputation system, and trading.

Update Topic Content / Goal  
2.0 Crew, NPCs & Trainers NPCs with dialogues, training system, crew recruitment.  
2.1 Factions & Reputation System Reputation points, wanted posters, Marines vs. Pirates.  
2.2  Economy & Trading Berries as currency. Traders exchange One Piece items.  
2.3  Islands & Kingdoms (Basic) Island generation with villages & traders.  

 

Update 3: “Grand Line” (World Structure & Travel)

Goal: The complete One Piece world with navigation, Blues, Red Line & Log Ports.

3.0 Grand Line, Red Line & 4 Blues World structure with biomes and route system.  
3.1 Fish-Man Island & Sky Islands Vertical world generation – underwater & sky islands.  
3.2 Dials & Special Items Dials, Seastone, energy system.  
3.3 Ships & Travel Custom ships with controls and crew positions.  

 


Update 4: “The Age of Pirates” (Story & Endgame)

Goal: One Piece finale, story quests, world wars, endgame systems.

4.0 Marines, World Government & Events Global attacks, Marine ships, Revolutionary actions.  
4.1 Story & One Piece Finale Poneglyph system, final island, legendary treasure.  
4.2 End Phase – World History Cutscenes, credits, world changes after victory.  

 

This project is still in active development, so expect bugs, unfinished mechanics, balancing changes, and frequent updates.
