New more readable format for configs.

Phases configs are now in the "config/oneblock" folder.

Old configs are automatically converted.

 

Added /oneblock reload to reload config files (from config/oneblock/ ).

 

Some changes in printed texts by /oneblock list command and OBAnalyser.
