How to begin Gambling

 

Obtaining the "Idle Death Gambler"

To kick off your gambling adventure, you'll need the "Idle Death Gambler" item. The recipes are at the bottom.

After successfully crafting it, hold the "Idle Death Gambler" item in your hand and consume it to gain access to the powerful abilities of Hakari Kinji.

 

Base Kit - Gambling

This is gonna be a bit tricky to explain.

Press the Gamble key (default "B") to start gambling. There are three possible scenarios after gambling:

  1. Fail Scenario:

    • If three different cards are spun, the Fail scenario occurs.
    • No Jackpot, you don't get anything
    • Cooldown after a Fail is 20 seconds
  2. Reach Scenario (Richii):

    • With two identical cards, a Reach scenario begins. The third different number is spun again.
    • Successful Reach increases the Jackpot chance (+30%).
  3. Jackpot Scenario:

    • Three identical cards trigger the Jackpot.
Modes
  • Normal Mode: Default mode with standard gameplay.
  • Jackpot Mode: Triggered by hitting the Jackpot, providing powerful effects for a limited time.
  • Faster Spins Mode (FSM): Activated after Jackpot Mode if the spun card is an even number, reduces cooldown for Doors and Ball. Auto-enter Normal-Mode after 20 uses.
  • Increased Probability Mode (IPM): Activated after Jackpot Mode if the spun card is an odd number, increasing the chance of hitting the Jackpot. Auto transition to FSM after 10 uses.

 

  • Upon the first Jackpot success, you enter the "Jackpot Mode," lasting for 4 minutes and 11 seconds.
  • You are practically impossible to kill, while in jackpot.
  • After expiry, you switch to the "Faster Spins Mode" (even numbers) or "Increased Probability Mode" (odd numbers) based on the spun cards.

 

Chance Enhancement

Use the following items to increase the Jackpot chance:

  1. Pachinko Ball:
    • Uses iron blocks as ammunition.
    • Increases the Jackpot chance depending on the ball color
    • Color (Green -> Red -> Gold -> Rainbow).
    • Adds (1% -> 10% -> 25% -> 100%)
    • Chance (65% -> 30% -> 4% -> 1%)
  2. Pachinko Doors:
    • Use these in melee combat.
    • Increases the Jackpot chance depending on the door color.
    • Color (Green -> Red -> Gold -> Rainbow).
    • Adds (25% -> 50% -> 80% -> 100%)
    • Chance (60% -> 30% -> 9% -> 1%)
    • The "Doormode" can be activated to automatically trigger doors with fist punches (default key N).
    • Doormode is only triggering doors, when you have them in your inventory and they will be consumed
Consecutive Spins (CON-Spin)
  • With a Jackpot chance of 50 or higher, there is a chance to execute a CON-Spin just before death.
  • This grants a second chance if the player dies.

B : Start the Gamble

N : Change Doormode (on/off)

 

 

 

Commands

  • gamerule idgfasterspinslimit <value>

    Define the maximum amount of entering the FSM before turning back to Normal Mode (Default: 20)

  • gamerule idgincreasedprobabilitylimit <value>
    Define the maximum amount of entering the IPM before auto switching to FSM (Default: 10)

  • gamerule idgcooldown <value>
    Define the Cooldown you get, after failing to hit the Jackpot (Default: 20)
     
  • gamerule idgincreasedprobabilityratio <value>
    Define the chance that is added when hitting IPM (Default: 5)

Aditional Info

  • if you intend to use the music gamerule, I recommend turning down the jukeboxes volume slider, so it won't break your hearing
