Oldustry

Oldustry is an industrial mod for Minecraft 26.2 and NeoForge. It is a modern reading of classic IndustrialCraft: EU packets, cables that lose power and melt, machines that turn ore into plates and fuel, and a base you build one voltage tier at a time. Not the GregTechy thing.

Version 0.2.0 is early. The power network, the first machine line, jetpacks, and the basic tools are playable. Nuclear power, crops, and quantum armor are still being built.

Power

• Generators, geothermal generators, solar panels, water mills, and wind mills.
• Copper, tin, gold, HV, and glass fibre cables, plus detector and splitter cables. Each cable has its own loss, insulation, and melt point.
• LV, MV, and HV transformers. Storage from the BatBox to the MFE and the MFSU, with output modes in the GUI.
• Single-use batteries, RE-Batteries, energy crystals, and lapotron crystals. The BatPack and Lappack charge tools in your inventory.
• A cable shocks you when the packet is stronger than its insulation. A machine fed above its voltage tier explodes.

Machines

• Macerator, extractor, compressor, recycler, and the electric furnace.
• Induction furnace: two smelts at once, with heat that builds while it works and fades when it idles.
• Miner and pump, with mining pipes, ore scanners, and fluid cells.
• Canner for tin cans, fuel cans, and construction foam.
• Electrolyzer, which draws from an adjacent BatBox, MFE, or MFSU, and the magnetizer, which charges iron fences so metal boots can ride them.

World and gear

• Rubber trees, sticky resin, and the treetap. Tin and uranium generate in the world. Copper uses the vanilla ore.
• Construction foam hardens into concrete. Painters recolor concrete and cables. Scaffolding can be climbed, and it collapses.
• Bronze tools, the mining drill, the diamond drill, the chainsaw, the electric wrench, and the OD and OV scanners.
• The luminator, coffee, and filled tin cans.

Quality of life

• In-game config for ore density, worldgen, and sounds.
• Energy tooltips show stored EU, transfer rate, and tier.
• Optional support for JEI (machine recipes), Jade (EU and progress), and Curios (packs, solar helmet, toolbox, static boots).

JEI, Jade, and Curios are optional.
