Old School Levels

Added custom unlocks/restrictions for Smithing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Cooking.

After the first time the game is launched with this version, a folder titled "oldschoollevels" is created in the config folder. From there, you can add items and blocks from other mods to be included in the unlock/restriction/xp system of Old School Levels. Examples are provided for each of the skills in their respective json files.

Fixed an issue where Skill Names would overlap Skill Level in the Experience Notification.

Fixed an issue where Smithing/Cooking restriction popups would not tell the player what skill was required to perform the action.
