Old Combat Mechanics

Removes attack cooldown, and hides the cooldown indicator.

Simple utility that removes attack cooldown added in Minecraft 1.9.

When installed on the client side, it will also hide the cooldown indicator (you can do this without the mod via Options -> Video Settings -> Attack Indicator).
