AllStacks64 is a Minecraft Forge mod that allows players to customize item stack sizes from 1 to 64 using config that updates in-game. Just add the name and the size and the game updates it asap. It supports modded items.
Config is called ohmystacks-common.toml(Neoforge) or all-stacks-64.toml(Fabric).
Buckets of any type are supported. Except those ones holding entities. (no_entity_bucket name tag)
