Offhand Torch Blocker

Lightweight Fabric mod that blocks offhand torch placement while keeping normal interactions (chests, doors, buttons, levers) intact. Works with torches and soul torches. Simple QoL mod. Requires Fabric API for Minecraft 1.21.1.
