off-hand sashes

SO....

This mod lets you make sashes.

Those shashes give potion effects 

there are 4 sashes for now:

1. Strength Sash ---- it gives strength

2. Speed Sash ---- it gives speed 

3. Regeneration Sash ---- it gives regeneration

4. Resistance Sash ---- it gives resistance
Lastly there is the normal sash that is used to craft all the athers (it doesnt give any effect)
