Oceania Fabric 1.21.1
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Oceania 1.1.0 for Fabric 1.21.1. It replaces the old 1.21.1 build. Most of this one is caves. The cave layer is retuned against what vanilla actually generates: dripstone was about three times too dense, lush caves took nearly twice the share they should have, and both are back in line. Five carvers run now instead of three, so there is more open rock. Dirt blobs, clay in lush caves, deep monster rooms and underwater magma were missing entirely and are in. Caverns below about -300 were filling with lava. Vents could cut straight through an ocean monument. Ores sit relative to the sea floor instead of a fixed height band, which matters in a world where the floor runs from -60 to -700: coal generated nothing below y -150, and the deep diamond band did nothing in a trench. Shipwrecks and ocean ruins stop landing on cliff faces with one end buried and the other hanging in water. Village huts no longer stand over holes the carvers dug under them. /locate structure #minecraft:village finds the hut villages. Eight vanilla monsters spawn on land and underground instead of four. The houseboat recipes show up in the recipe book, which they never did. Jungle bushes had been placing nothing since the day they went in and now grow. You need 1.21.1 exactly and a fresh world, and since it is all worldgen it only shows up in chunks you haven’t been to.
