Fixed

• Forge/NeoForge: configs registered through Obsidian Weave were never read from disk. No <modid>-common.toml was written and every value stayed at its default. The config is now registered on the owning mod's container and its values are synced from that mod's config events.

Notes for mod authors

• Call ModCommon.registerConfig from your mod constructor. Both Forge and NeoForge read common configs right after mod construction; a config registered later (e.g. at load-complete) is never loaded. Obsidian Weave logs a warning at shutdown if that happened.
