Observer's Game is a server-driven multiplayer horror experience for Fabric. It does not rely on constant random jumpscares. Instead, it observes how every player reacts, identifies where they live and learns what makes them feel safe.

During the learning phase, the Director maps homes, storage, entrances, defensive mobs and player behaviour. It assigns each survivor an evolving archetype such as coward, reckless, protector, paranoid or curious.

The dismantling phase attacks that safety in a deliberate order. Protectors disappear first, followed by windows, doors, walls and outer fortifications. Meanwhile, custom ambience, whispers, false footsteps, fake player messages and impossible silhouettes make it increasingly difficult to trust what is real.

The Observer freezes when watched and disappears when approached. The Contrary obeys the opposite rule and becomes dangerous only while someone is staring at it. Both creatures exploit natural player instincts in different ways.

In the final phase, survivors are separated. Text chat and compatible proximity voice are blocked, visibility collapses and familiar player appearances become unreliable. Eliminated players return as silent spectators until only one survivor remains.
