Obscura RPG (Textures)

Obscura RPG (Textures) contains all textures for the Obscura RPG mod. It is one of the four parts of Obscura RPG and is required by Obscura RPG (Core).

WHAT IS INSIDE

• 278 item textures for weapons, tools, armor, backpacks, food and boss loot

• 245 block textures for ores, storage blocks, furniture, machines and decoration

• 101 creature textures for goblins, cave monsters, giants and bosses

• 172 menu textures for custom screens like the Disenchanter, backpacks, quests and the player profile

• 49 custom icons and symbols for menus and the chat

• Armor trim patterns, map icons, status effect icons, particles and sky effects

• Many animated textures – glowing ores, flickering lanterns, bubbling cauldrons and burning fire

EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOU WILL SEE

• Five ore sets with their own look: dark purple Obscurite, red Blood Slag, icy Frostor, glowing Fire Amber and burning Ember Core

• Blood Moon armor trims that make your armor shine in dark red

• Goblins in many variants – archers, brutes, warriors, spear throwers, gate guards and the Goblin King himself

• Creepy creatures like the Cave Lurker, the Pale Stalker and the Rotten Giant

• Halloween content: Count Baky, Frankenstein, pumpkins, candy, coffins and gravestones

• Clear and readable menus with their own Obscura style

HOW IT AFFECTS YOUR GAME

Without this part, Obscura blocks, items, creatures and menus would show up as missing purple-black squares. With it, everything from Obscura RPG has its own hand-made look, from the smallest candy to the biggest boss, and the menus are easy to read and fit the dark fantasy style of the mod.

This part does not replace any vanilla Minecraft textures.

INSTALLATION

You need all four parts of Obscura RPG in your mods folder:

• Obscura RPG (Core)

• Obscura RPG (Sounds)

• Obscura RPG (Textures)

• Obscura RPG (Models)

The easiest way is the Obscura RPG modpack, which contains everything ready to play.
