Fixed: Enderian pearl height

The Enderian's thrown pearl left from eye height, a tenth of a block above where a vanilla ender pearl starts. It now starts at the same height ("offset_y": -0.1), so with the same speed and divergence it follows exactly the same path as a vanilla ender pearl.

Fixed: Avian's Like Air

Like Air ("Modifiers to your walking speed also apply while you're airborne") now does what it says. It uses Apoli's new apoli:attribute_modify_transfer, so Speed, sprinting and Tailwind also speed the Avian up in the air. Before, it changed vertical motion instead.
