And the infection created two new tools based in netherite tools: the warped sword and the crimson pickaxe
Warped Sword: The netherite sword go to a warped forest and eventually, corrupted
Crimson Pickaxe: The netherite pickaxe go to a crimson forest, so the crimson piglins take the netherite pickaxe and they experimented with it at the point to they have to drop it to a new dimension
