Numerical Health!

A simple mod that adds your health in numerical form!
The color of the HUD changes depended on your health! (Configurable in config file!)
The mod shows your current health and max health, just to make sure you always know your exact health!

In the config file, the colors for the health MUST be a RGB decimal!
