  • Provides the NTSD Forge early-window provider before ordinary mod initialization.
  • Plays the externally supplied NTSD frame sequence and displays real Forge loading meters.
  • Retains Forge-owned startup/handoff behavior and a stock rendering fallback for animation errors.
  • Uses bounded frame decoding and the NTSD early-window icon resources.

This describes the existing 0.1.1 artifact, not a new binary made during submission preparation.
