NTSD Core 0.1.0-ntsd-cf4

• Restores the owner-approved thin questbook font (variant A).
• Removes the bundled Press Start 2P font and its unused OFL notice. Glyphs are obtained from the locally installed Minecraft resources and assembled in memory; no Minecraft font assets are bundled.
• Keeps the CF3 privacy cleanup and the targeted PneumaticCraft 6.0.23 Drone Interface recipe repair.
• Mod ID, registry IDs, quest definitions, recipes, progression, world generation, and other gameplay resources are unchanged from CF3.

Verified environment: Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47.4.28, Java 17; client, dedicated server, world loading, questbook, PNC recipe, and multiplayer checks completed for the pinned NTSD candidate. This is not a completed 1:1 port of NTNH.
