It has custom modification to its radiation code, its machines, its reactors and more.
-RBMKs do not explode anymore
-OP items have been locked behind more difficult gameplay stages
-Way too radioactive items have been turned off

-The environment does no longer get destroyed by RBMK leaks

-Nukes are custom tailored

-No diseases
