I recoded the construction wand from HBMs Nuclear Tech Mod for fun and because i really like it

How does it work?
Its very simple, that's why i love it!
all you do is shift right click a block to set it, or shift right click the air to set it to the air (this makes it remove blocks instead of placing them), and then you right click two points and it will fill a rectangular area between the two points
Config
To save servers/computers from lagging really hard when placing massive areas it places them a number of blocks at a time until its done, the default is 10000 per tick but it can be changed in the config file, as of 1.2.0 there are new features that were not in the original wand which can be turned off if desired
