Up to date with HBM-NTM: X5383 (see changelog of HBM X5383 for additional information)

## Changed
* Registering forgefluid properties through a seperate forge_registry.json in resources is deprecated from now on
* ForgeFluidCompatManager.initialize() now automatically registers all forgefluid properties through Fluids.getAll() from Fluids.java in com/hbm
* ntm1of90api uses existing fluid textures
* Updated README.md of ntm1of90 implementing including all changes above
* NTM-1-of-90-Edition has an own changelog now
* Changing the filename of the jar (build)

## Fixes
The hbm forgefluid compat (ntm1of90api) now uses the correct hbm fluid textures
