Novablocks version 1.5.2-b : The siren !

Changes :

-Added the siren, a block that does siren sounds (duh)

-Added the iron pole, which is used to power up the siren

Here is how the siren is used :
First, you place the iron pole on a block

After that, you place the siren on top of the iron pole

Finally, you bring redstone power to the block on which the iron pole is standing.
Depending on the redstone signal provided, the siren can be extended to about 14-15 blocks high (a chain of iron poles going upward)

Use the wrenchammer to cycle through 3 alarm sounds
