Not Just Another Ruby Mod

Added new config file for Moobloom flowers! You can use this config file to remove/add flowers that the Moobloom can spawn with. You do not have to delete your current config file to access these settings.

Mooblooms can no longer be turned into standard cows anymore. When they are right-clicked with shears, their flowers are cut. You can then right-click any flower (as long as the flower is in the config file) to plant it onto them!

Changed how the NBT of the Moobloom works. Now use {Flower:"yellow_flower",Meta:0} to get the yellow flower for example. I did this so that I could add the new config file. Any worlds with old mooblooms may get corrupted. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Fixed bug with red flash with this mod's creepers! Their lightning-charge used to also flash red when they got hurt, which didn't happen for the vanilla creeper's lightning-charge. Now this mod's creepers' lightning-charge no longer flashes red when they are hurt, to match the vanilla creeper. Hopefully this is the last "red flash" type glitch.

There is no new music disc in this patch, as this patch doesn't add anything too exciting to the mod.
