Not Enough Enchantments expands Minecraft’s enchanting system with new enchantments.
Each enchantment introduces a distinct mechanic while remaining compatible with the vanilla enchanting table, enchanted books, anvils, librarian trades and structure loot.
Enchantments
Air Step I — Boots
Press jump again while airborne to perform a second jump

Tailwind I–III — Elytra
Grants a powerful directional and vertical boost when Elytra flight begins

Molten Touch I — Pickaxes
Automatically smelts compatible ore drops. Incompatible with Silk Touch.

Timber I — Axes
Sneak while breaking a log to fell the connected tree. Every broken block consumes durability normally.

Veinbreaker I — Pickaxes
Sneak while mining an ore to break its connected vein. Fortune, Silk Touch, drops, experience and durability are preserved.

Tunnel Bore I — Pickaxes
Automatically mines a second vertical block to create two-block-high tunnels. The selected block changes according to the direction you are looking. Sneak to disable it temporarily.

Harvesting I — Hoes
Tills a 3×3 area with a single right-click. Durability is consumed for every successfully tilled block.

Lifesteal I–III — Swords, Axes and Tridents
Restores health equal to 10% of melee damage dealt per level.

Twinshot I — Bows
Fires two arrows with a slight spread while consuming only one piece of ammunition. The additional projectile costs extra bow durability.

Blastshot I — Bows
Arrows explode on impact and disappear immediately afterward. The explosion damages entities without destroying terrain.

Repulsion I–III — Shields
Knocks melee attackers backward whenever their attack is successfully blocked.

Thunderstrike I — Crossbows
Crossbow arrows summon real lightning at their impact point, but only during thunderstorms.

Skyhook I–III — Fishing Rods
Reeling in a hooked living entity launches it upward. Entities with knockback resistance receive a weaker launch.

Enchantment compatibility
- Twinshot and Blastshot cannot be combined.
- Molten Touch and Silk Touch cannot be combined.
- Every enchantment uses item tags, allowing tools and equipment from other mods to support them.
Obtaining the enchantments
Enchantments can be obtained through:
- The enchanting table
- Enchanted books
- Librarian trades
- Random enchanted books found in structures
Tailwind and Repulsion also have dedicated exploration rewards:
- Tailwind: rare enchanted books in End City treasure chests.
- Repulsion: rare enchanted books in Pillager Outposts and Woodland Mansions.
