Not Enough Animations

First of all, thanks for nearly 1million downloads 🤯

This kinda rewrite fixes a lot of bugs, gets rid of dependencies, and adds new features:

- Added Ingame config screen accessible via ModMenu/ModList to enable/disable features

- Added crawling animation that replaces the swimming animation out of water

- Reworked the ladder animation, snapping the body to the ladder and limiting the head rotation

- Scabbard Sword while not in use

- Fixed issues related to arms not moving correctly in shadows/paperdoll

- Fixed arm tilting oddly when being on a ladder/in a boat

- Added option to lock the body rotation to the head all the time

- Removed need for TRansliterationLib
