No Spawn Structures

Prevents the spawning of structures in a configurable shape around spawn/the origin.
Each red dot is a 12x12 block platform structure. Note the complete lack of structures within the circle.
Other settings were not modified. Note that the Pillager Outpost has disappeared.
The radius has been increased to 32 chunks, and the mod has been changed to use a blacklist only targeting the platform. Note the return of the Pillager Outpost, despite the much larger exclusion zone.
