Create: Northstar redux 0.6.2

A temporary mod while Northstar redux isnt updated here and will be removed when Northstar redux 0.6.2 is on here

This version differs from the Original with bug fixes and features they include but not limited to,

oxygen filler held item being removed when assembled in a contraption (1.20.1)

oxygen filler missing particle texture

small planets being invisible in the telescope screen

possible incompatibilities with modded buckets

water not evaporating in ultrawarm dimensions

telescopes working during thunderstorms

Sun color and Moon position

Added client option to always enable thruster particles

Updated advancement tab background.

The original mod license was a MIT which I have set this one under as well.
