Nordic's Easier Netherite

Acquiring 1 Netherite Ingot now only requires 1 Netherite Scrap.

I have personally always felt that one Netherite ingot should only require you to smelt one Netherite scrap instead of using four of them to create one ingot, and for those that wish to have this feature in their game can now download this mod to improve upon their Netherite gathering!
