Nookworks

Nookworks 0.9.0 (beta) - for Minecraft 26.3

This file is for Minecraft 26.3 on NeoForge 26.3.0.76 or later (with JEI 31.10 / Jade 26.3.5 or later, if you use them). For 26.2, take the "for 26.2" file of the same version. Worlds from 0.8.x load as they are; a world's own settings file is copied to its syncedconfig/ folder, where NeoForge 26.3 reads it, the first time the world is opened (the game says so in chat).

New

• Tempering: a Velarium Ingot heated in a furnace, blast furnace or Electric Furnace comes out red-hot, one at a time - too hot to hold (it burns and is dropped, and cannot be picked up while it glows). Fed into a cauldron of vegetable oil within half a minute - by hopper, dropper or dispenser, or dropped in - it comes out a Tempered Velarium Ingot, into a container under the cauldron. A bucket of oil fills a cauldron for three quenches.
• Velarium tools and armour are made of, and mended with, Tempered Velarium Ingots; the tools on Reinforced Rods (a breeze rod and two Brass Ingots). Velarium turns up two and a half times as often.
• The End Seed, sifted rarely from End Gravel: sown in farmland it opens into a plant drawn by chance - a flower or fern most often, now and then something taller, very rarely a wither rose. The draw is a data map (nookworks:end_seed).
• Sunflower Seeds: sifted now and then from soil, or left in the grid when a sunflower is crafted into dye. Sown, they grow into sunflowers; the Oil Press presses the seeds (not the flower).
• Unlit lanterns: sneak and use a lantern, a soul lantern or any copper lantern with an empty hand to put it out; flint and steel or a fire charge lights it again. An unlit copper lantern keeps weathering and takes wax.
• Bottles can be set down: sneak and use one on top of a block - up to four to a block, each showing what is in it. Which bottles, and their colours, is a data map (nookworks:placed_bottle).
• Twelve more posters, five of them for a town fallen to ruin: 69 designs.
• The Crusher grinds Dark Matter into ten black dye, and a Charred Lump into one. The Sealed Retort has a button for where a hopper's glass bottles go.

Changed

• Tonkatsu is breaded at the crafting table first (two Breaded Pork a chop), then fried in the Iron Pot.
• Vegetable oil holds as much energy as biodiesel; caustic soda serves four biodiesel batches; the workTime setting no longer raises a job's cost.
• A shift-click on a Storage Barrel's slot moves one stack, as a chest's does. Food taken off a Wooden Tray goes into the inventory.
• With the game in 中文（香港）, Nookworks reads in Traditional Chinese.
• For Minecraft 26.3: a glazed pot for the poplar sapling, as for every potted plant.
