NoMobSpawn

Added a new Favorites feature:

- Mob spawn blocking will not affect favorited mobs
- Favorited mobs cannot be added to the blacklist while they remain in the favorites list<br>

New commands:

- /nomobspawn favorite [mob_ID] - adding a mob to favorites
- /nomobspawn favorite remove [mob_ID] - removing a mob from favorites
- /nomobspawn favorite list - show favorites list
- /nomobspawn favorite list clear - clear favorites list

Changes have been made to the configuration file
