Added projectile cleaner to clean projectiles stuck in air, because they won't drop on ground and break without gravity and stay there forever, lagging server.
Added config for:
- Client-sided particle tweaks
- Prevent blocks from falling
- Negate mining speed penalty
- Projectile cleaner feature
