Nobody — Chat Client

A client-side Fabric mod that turns the Minecraft chat into draggable windows with tabs, rules, profiles and themes.

Windows and tabs

• Draggable, resizable chat windows, each with its own tabs
• Tab rules: sort messages by words, highlight them, play a sound or hide them
• Up to 16384 messages kept per tab
• Repeated message counter

Looks and themes

• Built-in themes, including a Light theme
• Full colour control: HEX colours, background colour and opacity of the chat windows
• Live preview while you change settings
• Timestamps with your own format, full date on hover
• Player heads next to messages, also on servers that don't tell the client who sent a message
• Player summary tooltip when you hover a nickname

Profiles

• Chat profiles: windows, tabs and chat options
• Color profiles: menu theme and colors
• Switch them independently, share them with a code, bind chat profiles to specific servers or use one for everything

Extras

• Search through chat (plain text or regex)
• Right-click menu on messages: copy, copy with colours, reply
• Clickable links and commands inside the chat windows
• Up and Down arrows recall the messages you sent
• English and Russian interface

Press Right Shift (changeable in settings) or use /nbdchat to open the menu.

Requirements: Fabric Loader and Fabric API. Java 21 for 1.21.x, Java 25 for 26.x. Client-side only, do not install it on a server.
