Removes numeric item IDs (e.g. #0276) from item's names when activating advanced tooltips.
Removes the numeric item IDs displayed in Minecraft 1.12.2 tooltips when Advanced Tooltips are enabled. For example, #0276 will no longer appear next to item names, keeping tooltips cleaner and easier to read while preserving the rest of the tooltip information.
This mod is fully client-side and does not need to be installed on the server.
