No Sitting Ducks

In Minecraft the player can just snipe mobs one-by-one from a distance and nearby mobs will not react.  This mod increases the challenge by making it so that mobs will react to arrows landing nearby or hitting nearby mobs.  Wherever an arrow lands, mobs within 8 blocks of its impact will "hear" it and attack the nearest player.
