No revive in Saro´s Player Ragdoll.

The mod disables the revive mechanic in Saro's Player Ragdoll.
It disables Saro´s Ragdoll's revive mechanic entirely. The server ignores revive
button requests and does not register the `/revive` command. If a client also
installs this mod, the Revive button is removed from the ragdoll death screen.
Clients do not need the mod to join a server that has it. Normal ragdoll and
respawn mechanics remain available.
