Changes
- Replace handwritten JEI/RRV/REI/EIV reflection with typed calls and narrowly scoped Mixin accessors, preserving readiness predicates.
- Use real Minecraft 26.1.2 viewer artifacts; optional viewers remain compile-only and are not bundled.
- Update development loaders while retaining declared minimum runtime versions. Pin NeoFormRuntime 2.0.31 to include external patch data in cache keys.
Verification
- Universal Jar build and packaged loader metadata/Mixin class checks passed.
- Compatibility was checked against actual viewer release bytecode; readiness/config smoke checks and NeoForge dedicated-server startup without optional viewers passed. Full graphical UI and multiplayer-handshake testing were not performed.

Use norecipebooksystem-universal-26.1.2-1.1.2.jar. Install optional viewers with their own required dependencies.
