no player loot

This mod makes it so mobs don't drop items unless they're killed by a player (or something acting as a player like the slaughterer from mob farm utilities).
no more passive farms, no more zombies living forever because they picked up loot from a mob that hugged a cactus too enthusiastically, no more loot drops from mobs (unless killed by a player).

so it's called no player loot, so what, that's fine.

 version 1.0.0 also only give drops from players if killed by players, great for pvp :)
