Updated icon;
added 2 gamerules that control when/what iframes to remove
IFrame Removal Effect Mobs removes it for only mobs [meaning mobs have no iframes]
while IFrame Removal Effect Players removes it for only players, meaning players have none.
You can set either one to true or false independantly of the other, meaning you can have either players have no iframe, mobs have no iframe, no one have iframes, or everyone have their normal iframes.
