- Fixed player death handling happening too quickly so other mods couldn't do anything before it (for example, would be a problem for mods which prevent the player from dying and you'd still lose a life)

- Fixed server startup crash

- Fixed configs not saving when changed in-game in the mod config menu

- Fixed Heart Block localisation

- Added LifeGainEvent so other mods can subscribe to it for extra effects or to change the lives the player gains

- Added a configurable life regeneration (disabled by default, see the configs)

- Added localisations for all messages sent to the player's chat
